There are a number of updates in this version that we hope you like, and some of the key highlights include:

Agent Perfomance widget

The Agent Availability widget has been expanded to include each agent’s contact metrics for the day. You can see more details in ConnectPath Home dashboard

ConnectPath Launches in London and Singapore

The ConnectPath dashboard is now generally available to Amazon Connect instances in London and Singapore.


Bug fixes

  • ✓ #420 Forced release shows along with custom label when an agent misses a call.
  • ✓ #422 Records of missed calls are being overwritten to INBOUND with zero duration.
  • ✓ #474 Activity durations have long delay in populating.
  • ✓ #466 Chat channel transcripts do not populate in Activity Details.
